Maintaining safety of blood supply requires high-throughput, automated systems for low-copy viral infections (HCV,HIV,HBV,WNV,Zika,...). The Procleix line leads the market. As system lead, I worked with Hologic (formerly Gen-Probe) to integrate pooling, workflow and detections system for integrated blood bank solutions.
