I have demonstrated results in commercializing novel products from concept through development and launch, including design, validation, manufacturing, clinical development and on-market support. These solutions are now helping patients in cancer diagnosis, genetics, blood donation screening, hospital acquired infections and emergency medicine.
My passion is to build, lead, and empower high functioning multidisciplinary teams that bring quality products to market with tight deadlines. I establish effective interaction with partners, suppliers, and contractors. I have worked with leading third-party hardware and software companies in Japan, US, Europe, Australia, and India to scale resources and find the expertise to optimize project execution.

Growth, efficiency, innovation are all challenged without clear change management practices. As part of a software retooling initiative, I led a full-year cross-department project with a major consulting organization to revamp processes, strategies and metrics for improved product delivery. With support from CEO and executive team, the new operating model was piloted and rolled out with best-in-class performance.
Whether in startup or global organizations, establishing an efficient and engaged R&D organization are key factors to achieve the mission. I have consistenly received >80% scores in engagement surveys and established record of developing associates in new roles. Operationally, I manage budgets >$20M and develop collaborations with external partners to optimize use of available resources.
Working in startup environments, I have worked with leadership to close venture funding round ($13M C-round). In addition, my team has received grants through NSF, NIH and Whitaker Foundation(~$1M).
With the focus on data analytics, IoT and microservices, I believe healthcare informatics opportunities will continue to reshape how products are developed and ultimately affect patient care. Working with these novel architectures, I have developed strategies and product roadmaps to transform legacy products to a new user experience.
